Sensory Furnishings – Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, repairs and refunds for goods purchased from Sensory Furnishings. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Scope
This Policy applies to all online purchases made directly from Sensory Furnishings and outlines the specific handling rules for return of our products. - Order Cancellation
– You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours after receipt of the order confirmation email by filling the Cancellation Form via this link.
– If cancellation is requested within the initial 24-hour period and the order has not yet moved to production or dispatch, we will issue a full refund.
– After 24 hours, orders move to the production stage and can no longer be cancelled. - Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Mismatched Goods
If a product (i) is damaged when delivered, (ii) has a manufacturing defect, or (iii) does not match the specifications and dimensions available on the product information, you are entitled to a either a repair or replacement of the product or refund of the product price under these conditions:
– You must report the issue by filling the Returns Form via this link within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
– Your submission must include the order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the product and packaging including the defect or mismatch in question.
– At our discretion, we may repair the item on-site or request shipment to our store for repair. If the damage is deemed beyond repair, a replacement or refund will be issued.
– All returned items must be in good condition, unused and in the original packaging. - Items Ineligible for Return
We cannot grant returns or refunds (except for manufacturing faults reported within 48
hours) for:
– Items made-to-order, personalized, or altered at your request.
– Items that do not fit your space due to incorrect measurements.
– Items without original packaging, labels, or those damaged by misuse or incorrect assembly not performed by us.
– Any return request submitted more than 48 hours after delivery. - Shipping and Costs
– If the item or packaging is returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in resale value. - Refund Timeline
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the refund form approval.
