To ensure the highest standards of quality and structural integrity, we work exclusively with our Curated Design Collection. We do not accept external design requests from customers as of now. Our designs are pre-vetted for durability and comfort to ensure we deliver exactly what is promised.
Typically, our production cycle is 14 to 21 working days. We run a structured factory system that ensures your piece is crafted, finished, and cured within a strict professional timeline.
We take full responsibility for logistics. Our delivery teams are trained in furniture handling. If a piece arrives with a structural defect or damage, we take it back immediately for correction or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Yes. Every Sensory piece comes with a 12-month structural warranty.
No need for constant calling. Once your order is confirmed, you receive a unique tracking ID to be used on the ‘Track your Order’ page of our website. With this you will get updates when your piece moves from Woodwork to Upholstery to Quality Control and finally to Delivery. You also receive updates through your billing email address.
Not yet however plans are being put in place for that.
Technically Yes. Although, we only make deliveries to neighboring states to Oyo such as Osun, Kwara, Ogun and Lagos State. However, works are in progress to expand our delivery network to other part of the country soon!
Yes. We offer repairs, replacements, or refunds specifically for items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or do not match the specifications listed on our website.
