1. Introduction

Welcome to Sensory Furnishings (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our premium furniture products. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sensory Furnishings.

2. Made-to-Order & Customization

• Production Nature: Our products are redefined for the modern Nigerian home and are primarily made-to-order.
• Specification Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all dimensions and specifications provided at the time of order match their requirements.
• Manufacturing Variations: As each piece is handcrafted to eliminate “trial-and-error” quality, minor variations in wood grain or fabric shade may occur.

3. Returns, Repairs, and Refunds

• Eligibility Criteria: You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund only if the product is damaged upon delivery, possesses a manufacturing defect, or does not match the confirmed specifications/dimensions.
• The 48-Hour Rule: You must report any issues by filling out our official Returns Form within 48 hours of delivery.
• Forfeiture: Any reports made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for exchange, repair, or refund.
• Documentation: Your submission must include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the defect.
• Resolution Process: At our discretion, we may opt to repair the item on-site or request shipment to our store. If the item is deemed beyond repair, a replacement or refund will be issued.
• Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, in good condition, and kept in their original packaging.

4. Delivery Policy

• Regional Limitations: We do not currently offer nationwide delivery.
• Work in Progress: We are actively working on expanding our logistics to provide nationwide coverage in the future.
• Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways and into the intended space.
